  • HOW DO I SIGN UP?

    Please click on the login icon on the top right hand side corner of the website. Furthermore, click on create account and fullfill the required fields.

  • I FORGOT MY PASSWORD. HOW DO I RESET IT?

    Please click on the login icon on the top right hand side corner of the website. Furthermore, click on forgot your password? and fullfill the required fields.

  • Order

  • CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED/RECEIVED IT?

    No. Your order is processed as soon as it is placed. If you want to change your delivery address please contact us within 12 hours from your purchase and we will try to help you out.
    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a confirmation email at thetribe@ethnicwatches.com

  • HOW DO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WORK?

    Please contact us at info@ethnicwatches.com within 15 days of your purchase and we will provide you with the address of the closest warehouse to where you must send your returned item. Please make sure that it is in its original packaging and state as your payment will not be refunded otherwise. The refund will be done within 14 days after we have received the goods at our local warehouse.

  • I AM TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER, BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO DO SO

    We use pop-ups to redirect you to the payment page. Please check if your browser allows pop-ups and try placing your order again. If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer care department at thetribe@ethnicwatches.com

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

    Your order will be shipped on the same day of your purchase if it is placed before 17:00 pm (GMT + 01:00). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

    Your order will take between 24 to 72 hours to arrive to your delivery address. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED AFTER 72 HOURS?

    Please contact our customer service team at thetribe@ethnicwatches.com so they can help you locate your order.
